Thomas Siregar is Managing Partner of SHM PARTNERSHIP. He has a broad experience that encompasses both corporate & commercial and dispute resolutions works. He is specialist in dispute resolutions, and corporate & commercial.

Thomas has been instructed by clients to advise on various corporate & commercial matters and to appear as counsel before the Indonesian courts. He has also acted as counsel for Indonesian clients in various international arbitration.

Thomas obtained his law degree from University of Indonesia, Jakarta, in 1997 and master degree from the same University in 2011. He is currently taking his PhD degree at the University of Trisakti, Jakarta, Indonesia. He was called to the Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi) in 2003. He is registered as capital market legal consultant with the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia. He is also registered as Receiver and Administrator with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Thomas has also passed the international arbitration course with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

He is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
